Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Sovr Leather will take full responsibility at no cost to you.
This includes:
- Prepaid return shipping
- Replacement shipment (worldwide)

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Returns for Size, Fit, or Preference
If you wish to return or exchange an item due to size, fit, or personal preference, you may do so within 30 days of your order date.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not provide prepaid return labels for these returns
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Once your return is received and approved:
- Sovr Leather will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item, worldwide
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and unaltered
- All original tags must be attached
- Must include proof of purchase or order confirmation
- Item must be returned in original or secure packaging
- A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained before sending
Returns sent without a valid RAN may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn, washed, altered, or customized items
- Products with removed tags or labels
- Final sale or non-returnable items
- Gift cards or store credit
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider
